What is Galvanized Steel Box Section?
Galvanized steel box section refers to hollow steel tubes, either square or rectangular in shape, made from zinc-coated steel coils (similar to galvanized round pipes). The steel is first formed into a round pipe and welded with a straight seam before being reshaped into a square or rectangular profile. This process provides superior rust protection and excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor use.
Galvanized steel boxes come in two main shapes:
